  • Budget and levy analysis
  • Tender and interview of building service providers
  • Dealings with local and government authorities concerning management issues
  • Certification for each lot within the strata plan upon registration
  • Establishment of books, records, common seal and statutory documents required by law
  • Convening of the Inaugural and First Annual General meetings
